Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, with no minimum spend.
Order cutoff time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles) on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and US public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Processing (handling) time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

During high-volume periods, slight delivery delays may occur. Thank you for your patience while we make sure each order meets our standards.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless they are collected at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
Discreet packaging
Every order is sent in discreet packaging, so your personal purchase stays personal.
Shipping address
Orders are processed quickly and therefore cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order, as we cannot change it afterwards.
Items damaged during delivery
Damage during transport is on us. If your order arrives damaged, you do not need to send it back. Email support@loeve-lingerie.com with your order number and photos of the package and the item, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.
